Scouts and Guides Camp Scouting is not just knowing…but doing…not just doing.. but being .. . A day and night camp was organized for the Scouts and Guides of class V to VIII on 19th & 20th of November to Dr. Annie Besant Training Camp ,Doddabalapur.
The students were kept gainfully engaged with a variety of fun-filled and supervised adventurous activities like Trekking, Knot Making and Gadget making. Students participated in the drawing competition. A session on First-aid was presented by the Teachers in-charge.
The highlight of the evening was the camp fire. The creative streak and histrionic skills of students was a treat to watch as every patrol presented a talent show.
The sumptuous meals and lip smacking snacks, provided at regular intervals, were thoroughly relished by the children.
Activities on the next day included BP exercises, All-Faith prayer, Kit inspection and Valedictory Ceremony followed by a refreshing breakfast. It was a memorable and a learning experience for every Scout and Guide student.
