A TATA building Essay Writing Competition was organized on 9th September 2026 in our school on the topic “VIKSIT BHARAT in 2047” under the supervision of our co-ordinator Mrs. Joycy Joseph and Mrs. Misbah, English Teacher for middle school and Ms. Wane, English Teacher for high school. The event was conducted with the aim of encouraging our Grade VI to X students to express their thoughts on the importance of building our nation to be a better country and to develop their creative writing skills.
Students from middle and high school enthusiastically participated in the competition. They highlighted various aspects of Viksit Bharat (Developed India) aims to transform India into a fully developed, self-inclusive, and prosperous nation by 2047, marking the 100th anniversary of its independence and the role of youth in building a strong nation. Many students also connected the theme with real-life examples, emphasizing the need for unity, sustainability, and responsibility.
The event was a great success as it not only boosted the confidence of students but also instilled in them the values of the four demographic and developmental pillars of the Viksit Bharat 2047 mission which are Yuva (Youth), Garib (Poor), Mahilayen (Women), and Annadata (Farmers).
The competition was held on the basis of content, originality, clarity of thought, and presentation. The efforts of the participants were appreciated and was an impressive task on their awareness and patriotic spirit which encouraged them to put these ideas into practice in their daily lives to contribute towards our country.
