MRS.URMILA BALI
Bal Rakshak Pratisthan (India) a registered body under Government of India, Societies Registration Act 1860.
Bal Rakshak literally means a child defender. This role was assumed by Mrs Urmila Bali.
Bal Rakshak Pratisthan strives to stop the migration of children, identifies out-of-school children and brings them back to school, and also ensures regular attendance of all enrolled students.
Because of Bal Rakshak movement approximately 5,000 migratory children were retained at their own place.
Balrakshak Pratishthan is honoured to feliciate Mrs. Urmila Bali (Karnataka) for her role in facilitating the vision of Balrakshak Pratishthan and rising above cast, colour, creed, religion and gender to impart education amongst the most needy students, despite the pandemic.
