St. Mary’s Public School joyfully celebrated World Interact Week 2025 during the first week of November, with a series of inspiring and eco-friendly activities organized by the Interact Club. The celebration embodied the true spirit of service, environmental consciousness, and compassion — the very ideals that the Interact movement stands for.

The week began with a Green Awareness Drive, where the Interact Club members expressed their gratitude and commitment to nature by gifting potted plants to the principal and teachers. This thoughtful gesture symbolized growth, care, and sustainability — reminding everyone that nurturing the environment is a shared responsibility. In an effort to promote environmental awareness and sustainable living, the Interactors took a creative initiative by designing and displaying informative posters on the importance of saving electricity and water.

As part of the celebration, the students took a solemn pledge to protect the environment and to spread harmony and peace in their communities. Their collective voices echoed the determination of the young generation to create a greener, kinder world.

The Interactors also carried out an eco-friendly outreach program, where they distributed handmade brown paper bags to local vendors and medical shops. This initiative encouraged the reduction of plastic usage and promoted sustainable practices in the community.

In another heartfelt gesture, the Interact Club members prepared and presented ‘Thank You’ cards to the supporting staff of St. Mary’s Public School. This act of appreciation highlighted the importance of gratitude and respect for every individual who contributes to the smooth functioning of the school.

The week concluded with a thought-provoking skit titled “Set Me,” performed by the Interactors. The performance beautifully portrayed the need to find inner peace amidst the chaos of modern life, resonating deeply with the audience. Through these meaningful activities, the students of St. Mary’s Public School demonstrated that small acts of kindness and awareness can lead to great change. The celebration of World Interact Week 2025 not only strengthened the bond of service and fellowship among students but also reinforced the school’s commitment to building responsible global citizens.
