A farewell ceremony was arranged in honor of our retiring teacher, Mrs. Shahina Begum, on 26th March 2025. The program commenced at 2:00 pm with a prayer by Mrs. Daisy Shaila and a Bible reading by Mrs. Mary David.
Mrs. Lokeshwari D, Foundational Coordinator, warmly welcomed the gathering, the guest of honor, and her family. Following the welcome address, our Principal, Vice-Principal, and HR felicitated our dedicated teacher, Mrs. Shahina Begum, with a shawl, plant, and a small token
of appreciation contributed by the teachers for her tireless efforts in educating and mentoring the future generation of our esteemed institution.
A beautiful Hindi song was presented by the foundational teachers, adding a touching moment to the program. Her closest friend, Mrs. Janet Mary, shared her experiences of working with Mrs. Shahina over a period of 16 years, highlighting their strong bond.
A PPT presentation was displayed, taking us all down memory lane and celebrating Mrs. Shahina’s remarkable journey. This was followed by a heartfelt talk by her co-teacher, Mr. Nausheen, who expressed her gratitude for Mrs. Shahina’s kindness and support whenever needed.
The primary teachers dedicated an action song, a favorite of Mrs. Shahina’s, which brought smiles to everyone’s faces. Our Principal, Mrs. Ranjusha M, expressed her heartfelt thanks to the retiring teacher.
The most awaited moment arrived when Mrs. Shahina took the stage to deliver her speech. With a heavy heart and mixed emotions, she expressed her gratefulness to the management, former principals, headmistress, vice-principal, coordinator, teachers, and supporting staff.
Finally, the program concluded with a vote of thanks by Mrs. Susheela. Mrs. Shahina was blessed to have her family witness the retirement function, making it a memorable one for her.
