National Wildlife Day Celebration

2025 - 26 Photo Gallery

We at St. Mary’s Public School celebrated National Wildlife Day on September 4th with a creative and informative activity to raise awareness about endangered animals.

Students from various classes participated by selecting two endangered animals, drawing or sticking pictures on chart paper, and writing key details such as:

1.Habitat
2.Food
3.Size
4.Number of them left
5.How we can help to save them

The activity encouraged research, creativity, and compassion. Students learned about animals like the Snow Leopard, Bengal Tiger, Orangutan, and Blue Whale. Their enthusiastic participation reflected their growing concern for the environment and wildlife conservation. The objective of the activity was to instill a sense of responsibility in young minds towards protecting our planet’s precious biodiversity. Overall, the celebration was a meaningful and successful learning experience.
