St Mary’s Public School,Queens road held its Virtual Student Investiture Ceremony 2021-22 on July 20 ,2021 with much zeal and zest. Nothing has impeded our Marians from the customary scholastic and co- scholastic activities for the virtual academic year 2021-22.Hence this year the Marians resolved to come up with an innovative delightful proud moment for the parents and grandparents as well as our newly elected student council members. The dynamic and vibrant student leaders were being honoured by the respective parents and grand parents.
Our school Chairman,Mr.Alias .P. Varghese inspired the newly elected leaders by enriching them with the right concept of leadership qualities through Leadership Matrix; being a learner,executor, being approachable,decisive,empathetic and reachable to their fellowmates.
The Principal, Mrs.Asha Sunil motivated the proud Marian Student Council 2021-22 to hold on to three main attributes i) to create a self awareness in themselves ii) to reflect and list out their priorities and challenges to take on and to self regulate so as to balance themselves between their self goals and leadership goals.
The student leaders took the oath donning the mantle of responsibility and pledged to dispense their duties to the best of the abilities and abide by the rules and regulations.
The newly elected School Captain Urvi Porwal and School Vice Captain Afnaas Yousuf gave their acceptance speeches expressing their insight and relentless spirit to work as a team along with their co- captains so as to uphold the dignity and prestige of our institution.
