“The higher the flag reaches, the higher the pride we experience”.
The 79th Independence Day flag hoisting ceremony was held on 15th August 2025. The event commenced with the gathering of students, teachers and staff of St. Mary`s Public School. The national flag was hoisted by H.G Kuriakose Mor Theophilose Metropolitan and Very Rev. Fr. Kauma Rambhan. National Anthem was sung by everyone with pride. Our guest H. G Kuriakose delivered a short speech on the importance of freedom and blessed everyone gathered. A heartfelt tribute was paid to the freedom fighters in honour of their sacrifice for our nation. The celebration concluded with distribution of sweets fostering a spirit of patriotism and unity.
