On August 9, 2024, our school celebrated Filial Piety with a special assembly on “Filial Piety”. The program began with a warm welcome by Darshitha and Niranjana, who emphasized the importance of relationships, especially between parents and children.
The assembly started with a prayer led by Aliya Aasnath, followed by a Bible reading by Mary Evangeline. The choir then performed a heartfelt song, setting the tone for the rest of the program.
Mr. Devendra delivered a thought-provoking talk on Filial Piety in Kannada, highlighting the significance of respecting and caring for one’s parents. Madeeha from VII shared her insights on the topic, followed by a captivating play performed by the VII standard students.
Two student Nada Fathima and Ruhee Rajwani spoke on Filial Piety in Hindi which showcased the importance of family bonds.
The assembly concluded with the National Anthem. The program was a resounding success, emphasizing the value of relationships, respect, and gratitude towards parents and loved ones.
