The Appreciation Day 2025 was held on 18th November at the Main Campus to honour the dedicated efforts of the SMPS support staff. The programme began with a prayer and Bible reading, followed by a warm welcome address that expressed deep gratitude for the staff’s service. A meaningful speech in Kannada highlighted the dignity of labour and the valuable yet often unseen contributions of the support staff. An address from the HR Manager reinforced the institution’s commitment to recognising human resources.
Students from the Primary section presented a melodious choir performance, and both Primary and Middle School students showcased vibrant dances, adding colour and energy to the event. The main highlight was the felicitation of each member of the support staff, who were honoured individually with tokens of appreciation. A special presentation and video tribute further highlighted their contributions.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks and the National Anthem, leaving everyone with a renewed sense of respect and unity.
