The St. Mary’s Public School excursion for the Class X (2024-25) batch with students, teachers, and staff was a memorable day filled with fun, adventure, and team-building activities.

The trip commenced at 8:20 am, with the students boarding buses and heading to the Suggee Resort. After a comfortable journey, the group arrived at the resort at 10:30 am. Upon arrival, the students were served a delicious breakfast, which provided them with the energy to tackle the exciting activities that lay ahead.

The first set of activities focused on team building, which lasted for an hour and a half. These exercises helped foster camaraderie, communication, and problem-solving skills among the students. Following this, the students participated in a range of dry activities, including rope climbing, foot walk, zip lining, zip cycling, riding, and rock climbing. These activities tested their physical limits, encouraged them to push beyond their comfort zones, and promoted a sense of achievement and confidence.

After working up an appetite, the students enjoyed a satisfying lunch, which provided them with the necessary fuel for the rest of the day’s activities. The afternoon was spent at the pool, where the students had a blast engaging in a rain dance. This fun-filled activity allowed them to let loose, have fun, and create unforgettable memories with their peers.

As the day drew to a close, the students were served evening snacks, which provided them with a much-needed energy boost. Before departing, the students took part in a photo session, capturing the memories of their exciting day.

The buses departed from the resort at 5:30 pm, and the group arrived back at the school by 8:00 pm. The students were safely dispersed to their homes by 9:00 pm, accompanied by their parents.
