On November 27, 2024, St. Mary’s Public School celebrated Appreciation Day with great enthusiasm and joy. The event began with a prayer and Bible reading, followed by a warm welcome speech in Kannada delivered by Mrs. Gayathri Devi.

The main highlight of the day was the Appreciation Day celebration, was a heartfelt gesture of gratitude towards the support staff for their invaluable contributions to the school. The backdrop of the stage, beautifully decorated by Miss Sharada, set the tone for the joyous occasion.

The students from the primary grades presented vibrant and adorable dance performances, expressing their appreciation for the support staff. Their colorful costumes and lively expressions won everyone’s hearts. The middle school students followed with graceful dances and melodious songs, adding to the festive atmosphere. The younger children also recited poetry, showcasing their talent and enthusiasm.

A PowerPoint presentation, thoughtfully prepared by Mrs. Baby Cherian, highlighted the dedication and hard work of the support staff. This was followed by the distribution of tokens of appreciation, presented by the Vice Principal, Mrs. Vanitha Jacob Deepak, Mr. Stalin the HR & Operations Manager as a mark of gratitude.

The program concluded with a vote of thanks and the National Anthem. A scrumptious lunch was then served to the support staff, with all the teachers joining in to serve food with warmth and affection.

The day was a memorable one, leaving everyone with a sense of unity and appreciation. The enthusiastic participation of students and the gracious involvement of teachers made the day truly special and memorable.
