The Annual Achiever’s Day was celebrated on 29th June, 2024, in St. Mary’s Public School, at the School’s Main Campus, Basement, with great enthusiasm and pride. The hosts for the day were Abdul Raheem Zaid and Mehrish Sana from class X B, who enthusiastically commenced the opening of the program. The program began at 9:00 a.m. with a solemn prayer led by middle school coordinator, Mrs. Joyce Joseph, followed by a Bible reading by Ms. Aleena Maria, a Std IX student.
Ms. Nyshitha V., a Std X student, delivered a warm welcome speech, setting the tone for the event. The invocation dance that followed was a beautiful representation of the students’ creativity and talent.
The lighting of the lamp was performed by dignitaries, symbolizing the ignition of knowledge and wisdom. The school anthem was sung with fervor, showcasing the students’ spirit and unity.
The chief guest, Dr. John Mano Raj S., Director-in-charge of the Indian Institute of Plantation Management, was introduced by Mrs. Pinky Roy, HOD English. The felicitation of the chief guest was a gesture of respect and appreciation for his presence by the board members.
Dr. John Mano Raj S. addressed the gathering, inspiring the students with his words of wisdom and encouragement. The performance by the choir was a melodious tribute to the achievers.
The principal, Mrs. Ranjusha M., addressed the gathering, highlighting their achievements and emphasizing the importance of hard work and dedication. The prize distribution ceremony recognized the students’ outstanding performances from primary to high school in various fields.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Mrs. Divya Rani, followed by the national anthem.
